The NDIS is Australia’s first national Scheme for people with disability. It provides funding directly to individuals.
At PWD Care we are excited about the improved outcomes the NDIS will bring to people with a disability across Australia, and we are here to help make these positive changes happen. We are committed to innovation as well as best practice, evidence-based service delivery, to ensure we are constantly striving for better and smarter ways to meet the needs, desires and goals of our clients.
There are around 4.3 million Australians who have a disability. When it is fully rolled out, the NDIS will provide about 460,000 Australians aged under 65, who have permanent and significant disability with funding for supports and services.
