Removing gaps between NDIS plans

The NDIA is making changes to the NDIS myplace portal to improve the process when there is a gap between new and old participant plans. Sometimes there is a delay in the approval of a new plan. This can create a ‘gap’ between the old plan and the new plan.

Measuring outcomes for people with disability

Participants, their families and carers may be contacted to participate in a survey during August and September 2019.
The NDIA will use survey results to help identify the types of supports that lead to good outcomes for participants and to improve the NDIS.

The NDIS celebrates its sixth birthday today, as it marks a major milestone – becoming available in all regions across Australia, with the exception of Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
Acting CEO, Vicki Rundle said today marked a significant step in the NDIS national rollout as more Australians with disability are able to access supports through the world-leading Scheme.

Disability Reform Council Update

On 28 June 2019, the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Disability Reform Council (the Council) held its first formal meeting for 2019 at the Gold Coast, Queensland.
As members of the Council, the Commonwealth and State and Territory governments endorsed four major reforms to improve the delivery of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
I have been seeking an organization that knows what they are doing for a while now after multiple issues with previous ones I have finally found it, very professional and well experienced, the passion they put into helping and providing the right care is beyond any words.
