Moreover, the transition of the Settlement Services International (SSI) will continue to be rolled out through 30 th of September, later this year. NDIS and St. Vincent de Paul (The Society) are working together to make sure every service partner and area are serviced in the most effective manner possible. Lastly, Local Area Coordinators have come over from The Society, and for this the NDIS, LAC’s and community members must come together to educate the new workforce over existing practices and cultures.

This is imperative since this is the best way to introduce the new comers to the communities that they will be part of as well as serving. With this joint effort, Tender Hearts hopes to contribute to the efforts and make this communal endeavor stronger.
